Description
We have a client that is seeking a production supervisor. Newly created role within a mid-sized manufacturing plant. Seeking a professional that can upgrade plant compliance to match corporate initiatives and to roll out new product lines. Will partner with plant leadership and manage a team of production team leaders. This role is fully on-site. This role is eligible for over-time. High visible role, seeking strong leadership skills.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree.
Experience within food/beverage manufacturing or pharma or cpg (consumer packaged good) or similar type of environment.
Experience managing and with upgrading quality standards (and compliance). Seeking a strong leader.
