Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of debits and credits, accounting software, and general ledger reconciliation
- Familiarity with corporate accounting principles and financial concepts
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
