Ideally the firm is looking for a litigation Paralegal. The role will entail traditional litigation duties such as, document drafting, file management, etc. Additionally there will be a good amount of admin work for example, file, fax, scan, and answer phones.
• Must have at least 5 years of litigation experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Physical filing
• File management
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Legal document drafting/proofreading
• Manage Outlook calendar
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
• Notary Public License (is a plus)
• Ability to work well with others and contribute to the team
