Office Coordinator

Description
Large global supply chain company by JFK Airport is looking to bring on Office Coordinators for a long term contract . Ideal candidates should have an eagerness to learn a new industry in addition to having excellent computer skills, data entry skills, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Notating customer accounts with shipment/milestone information. As an example, when cargo was picked up and received, if there were any delays.
- Assigning fedex tracking numbers to the shipments that have already been entered and coded
- Warehouse information is attached to the customer file. Data entry of the on-hand and pick ticket number
- Phone call/email follow up with clients
