Temporary Leasing Office Assistant needed for approximately 2-3 months. Interested candidates must be able to work independently, multitask and prioritize. The ability to flourish in a fast paced office environment is a must. Prior experience within the leasing or property management field is preferred but not required.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Organize new tenant applications
- Organize apartment leases (new & renewals) in accordance with internal procedures.
- Filing of new leases and renewals
- Scanning documents
- Assist in the monthly rent billing process
- Assist leasing manager on providing tenants with move in move out instructions
- Assist property management with small ADHOC/Admin projects
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
Hours: M-F (10am-5pm)
