Occupancy Manager

There is a growing property management group looking for their next Occupancy Manager to join the team. The right candidate will need to work 5 days in office between two locations in the Queens NY area. If you have a property management background and the drive to step into a manager position, then this is the role for you.

Requirements:

• Recertification Calculation experience
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Vouchering experience
• MOR preparation experience
• 2+ years Property management experience
• Knowledge of Affordable Housing/Section 8/HUD
• COS certification is a plus
