Mid-Senior Level Tax Associate

Seeking a 3rd to 7th year tax associate with excellent training from large law firm and strong academic credentials. Strong general tax experience (partnership, corporate and transactional) required, and hedge fund and private equity fund tax experience helpful but not essential.
