We are currently seeking a part time Marketing and Media assistant to work for a Non-profit company located in the Greater historic Fairfield County area.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

•Assist Executive Director with production of PR and marketing materials, such as social media posts, website posts, flyers, banners, ads, and brochures

•Respond to licensing event inquiries

•Assist with general office duties as assigned

•Help organize and coordinate marketing events

•Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives

•Perform market and client research


•Bachelors Degree preferred

•2+ years of experience working in fine arts within a non- profit organization (preferred)

•Must have working knowledge of Past Perfect, Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

•Must be an exceptional user of Facebook, Mail Chimp, Twitter, and Instagram and basic IT troubleshooting

•Strong written and verbal communication skills a must
