Maintenance/Porter
We are looking for maintenance/custodian/porter candidates to work for several clients.
Job summary: Perform general repairs and general upkeep of facilities.
Job Duties:
- Performs routine maintenance in the building
- Clean and assist with upkeep of the site
- Perform basic repair of drywall, minor painting, light bulb changing, and upkeep of other building fixtures
- Collect trash, and mow and fix lawn
- Clean and sanitize work spaces
Requirements:
- At least one year experience working in a similar role
- Basic handy person skills
- Basic experience handling light hand tools
- The ability to lift 25-50 lbs
