Maintenance

Maintenance:

• Clean all floors
• Shampoo rugs and carpets
• Empty trash cans, take out trash and collect recycling
• Dust all surfaces
• Use equipment to keep areas neat and clean including mops, brooms, vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a custodian, porter, janitor, or maintenance worker
