Description


NYC Firm seeking a Trust and Estates Legal Secretary with a minimum of five years’ experience in this area. 


Responsibilities:

 

  • Drafting/formatting legal correspondences.
  • Inputting attorney time entries.
  • Calendar management.
  • Travel arrangement/reimbursements.
  • Answering phones, interacting with internal and external clients.
  • Excellent oral and written communication. 
  • Bachelor's Degree.

 


Skills:

Must be knowledgeable and familiar with using Microsoft Office Suite, Carpe Diem, iManage, Litera, ChangePro and Nuance Power PDF.
