NYC Firm seeking a Trust and Estates Legal Secretary with a minimum of five years’ experience in this area.
- Drafting/formatting legal correspondences.
- Inputting attorney time entries.
- Calendar management.
- Travel arrangement/reimbursements.
- Answering phones, interacting with internal and external clients.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Bachelor's Degree.
Must be knowledgeable and familiar with using Microsoft Office Suite, Carpe Diem, iManage, Litera, ChangePro and Nuance Power PDF.
