Seeking a professional with 3 plus years of current legal/law firm billing experience. Seeking someone who wants to learn more general accounting functions as the Controller is a strong mentor.
Functions will include:
Organizing pre-bills, preparing invoices, e-billing and collection calls/emails.
Setup new clients, updating accounts and staying ahead of potential risks (AR aging list).
Assist Controller with bookkeeping functions (cross-training with various departments).
Requirements will include:
3 plus years of legal billing experience (Law firm experience). Strong MS Excel, MS Word, communication, multi-tasking, follow up and organizational skills.
