Description

Responsible for creating and maintaining files for inventory management of merchandise.  Working with a team to ensure appropriate stock and service levels. Using systems, tools, data and collaboration with others to operate on-line stores.

Responsibilities:

Prepare spreadsheets, reports and other diagnostic tools to be reviewed by department managers Monitor reports to identify unavailable product alerts Work with the Inventory Specialist / Planner to ensure accurate stock availability Monitor order and stock status to ensure timely delivery and receipt of merchandise Compile month end and physical inventory data/reports for department Prepare and review inventory item costs Maintain database information

Skills:

Bachelors Degree (business related a plus) 1-2 years work experience Excellent communication skills Proficient in excel Analytical skills Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Must be a self-starter, take action as required without having to be told Ability to work independently without close supervision Must be able to ask for assistance and raise issues for help as required Multitasking ability Desire to want to advance in the organization Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
