We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a track record of success and a keen eye for details. You will be responsible for performing HR-related duties and work closely with department personnel to determine where needs are how to best address them. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with benefits administration, training, onboarding, recruitment, and employment law compliance.


  • Administer various HR plans and assist in developing and implementing of personnel policies
  • Develop departmental goals, objectives, and systems
  • Analyze staffing logistics and make suggestions accordingly
  • Explain and provide information on benefits, programs, and all pertinent information to employees
  • Maintain employee records and relevant paperwork


  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 2+ years experience in HR
  • Well-versed in HR policies and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of hiring processes and current regulations
  • Attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills 
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
