Description
TemPositions is excited to partner with a leading global travel-tech company to fill a remote temporary HR Data Reporting Analyst role. This is a full-time, hourly position, expected to last approximately 2-4 months, with a pay range of $27-$35 per hour. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using ADP, Workday, Snowflake/SQL, and Power BI, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.

Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with Workday and ADP reporting.
- Proficiency in Snowflake/SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong background in people analytics and understanding of the full employee life cycle.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ADP and Workday reports and dashboards to support operational and compliance reporting.
- Optimize reporting processes in line with data governance standards to improve data quality.
- Collaborate with senior team members to gather reporting requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Support the creation and maintenance of a reporting catalog and data dictionary for consistent data management.
- Conduct data analysis, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Participate in testing and validation of data flows and reporting mechanisms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide training to end-users on self-service reporting tools and data literacy best practices.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
- Experience in statistical analysis software is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or within an HR discipline is highly desirable.
