Description
I am working exclusively with a Education Program with multiple school locations all in Brooklyn. They are looking for a Facilities Manager with an energetic personality. This particular program is making major impacts on students with learning disabilities. They offer a family like feel with excellent benefits, bonus and PTO. This would be Monday through Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM. The right candidate would have to be willing to travel to the 3 locations (all within walking distance of each other).
Requirements:
- Managerial experience
- Either has or is willing to obtain the following certificates after start date: FDNY Certificate of Fitness S-95, F01, F03, F04, and F07
- Knowledge of OSHA, Building Codes and AHERA
- Hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably commercial A/C systems and BMS systems
- Experience maintaining AHERA Management Plans
