E-commerce Customer Service Manager needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Flexibility to troubleshoot potential challenges with customers: delivery hubs along with manufacturers.
  • Consistently provide genuine, friendly personable and professional service.
  • Go above and beyond advocating for every customer concern and request.
  • Proactively resolve escalated customer issues.

Skills:

  • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced service environment.
  • Must be professional on the phone as well as during e-mail correspondence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced: team-oriented environment.
  • Must have at least an Associate's degree
