E-commerce Customer Service Manager needed. 


Responsibilities:

· Flexibility to troubleshoot potential challenges with customers: delivery hubs along with manufacturers.
· Consistently provide genuine, friendly personable and professional service.
· Go above and beyond advocating for every customer concern and request.
· Proactively resolve escalated customer issues.

Skills:

· Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced service environment.
· Must be professional on the phone as well as during e-mail correspondence
· Ability to work in a fast-paced: team-oriented environment.
· Must have at least an Associate's degree
