TemPositions is excited to partner with a fast-growing start-up transforming adult daycare centers with smart, easy-to-use software. Their platform helps staff track client care—from attendance and meals to activities and medication—so caregivers can focus on what matters most: delivering compassionate, personalized care.
We’re looking for a Customer Training Specialist to lead onboarding and training for staff at newly enrolled facilities across the U.S., ensuring they get the most out of this innovative platform. This is a hands-on role with both remote work (50%) and travel (50%) to client sites. Travel is fully covered.
Location: Anywhere in the U.S. (must live near a major airport)
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000
What You’ll Do:
Deliver live and virtual training sessions to adult daycare staff on the platform.
Serve as the go-to expert for clients during onboarding and follow-up.
Adapt training to meet the unique needs of each facility and team.
Create user guides, FAQs, and other resources to support ongoing adoption.
Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams to help improve the platform.
What We’re Looking For:
Self-sufficient, adaptable, and a natural problem-solver.
Comfortable with technology; fluent with Excel, DocuSign, and basic IT systems.
Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
Background in education, training, or HR is a plus.
Experience in customer success, software onboarding, or start-ups is a bonus.
Open to travel across the U.S. as needed.
