Customer Service Representative
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.

- Navigate between computer screens (DAT, Word, Excel format Documents, Email and Web Browser) while actively listening and entering customer information.

- Excellent Bi-lingual written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience operating PCs to Type, Navigate the Internet, Search Databases, etc.
