Customer Service Representative

Description
A manufacturing company in the Roslyn area is looking for a customer service representative for the corporate headquarters. Hours for the position are traditionally Mon-Fri 8-5pm but candidates should open to working 9-6pm or 10-7pm to assist the team when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls from customers providing status updates on their orders
- Providing stock checks
- Finding purchase orders in SAP to provide delivery/tracking information and/or back order details
Skills:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Call center preferred
- Strong written and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong data entry skills
