Customer Service / Office Clerk

Description
We are currently looking for 3 Customer Service/Office Clerks. This position is temporary/contract and is estimated to go for 6-9 months. Our client is in Richmond. The ideal candidates will bring previous experience along with strong customer service skills to the role. Must be fully vaccinated.
Responsibilities:
Assists administrative staff with clerical and other office responsibilities as needed and may be assigned additional duties as needed.

- Answering phones
- Data entry
- Strong customer service (by phone and in person)
- General office duties
- Basic use of word processing and computing equipment
- Perform detailed clerical work accurately
- Organize and maintain office files and records
- Ability to multitask
- Strong oral and writing skills
