Responsibilities:• Set-up and break-down and sanitation of assigned work areas.
• Basic food prep and/ or cooking for both the cafeteria and catering departments.
• Follow sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Adhere to all safety standards.
Skills:• 2 years of Culinary experience
• Excellent Knife skills
• Great communication skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments
• Team Player
• Follow all sanitation guidelines
• Food Handlers Certificate preferred but not required
• Serve Safe Certification preferred, but not required
