Must be on-time. Customer Service Associates for Carnival Cruise Lines, Carnival Radiance - to assist in 2 different roles: Role #1 - Greeter at podium as guests arrive for their cruise – scan info, covid questionnaire, some will have completed questionnaire prior to arrival, others still need to do, verify vaccination card. Role #2 - Escort to primary area or secondary area. This will depend on they have had a negative covid test within the last 72 hours or need to have a test on-site. Business casual dress (black pants/slacks and black shoes and socks) no jeans, leggings, sweats or lounge wear. A polo shirt will be provided. Any jackets or sweaters must be black.
We are immediately hiring out-going, friendly, and customer service oriented, individuals to fulfill various greeter/escort positions in San Francisco, CA. As the public arrives to the port to board their cruise ship, we need staff to greet, make sure they have all of the proper documentation required and then escort them to the proper waiting area. These are contract positions and will on various days during the week/weekend. Ability to work 1- 3 shifts per week. Any and all days welcome. Must be fully vaccinated. All black attire.
Skills/Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED.
