Our client a large construction company with operations in the Tri- State area is seeking a Controller to join it's senior management team. This role will be a key part of the management team and will be leading the accounting and finance department. Responsibilities will include:
This role will oversee the entire accounting and finance department.
This consists of AP AR Collections, payroll, HR, Bookkeeper.
The role is very hands on. Will produce all financial statements.
Provide all financial reporting for senior management.
Manage banking and insurance relationships.
Manage lines of credit and bank covenants.
Understanding of certified payroll (Union)
Spearhead acquisitions, financial models, etc.
Understanding of municipal construction projects
Requirements:
CPA – Public background a plus but not required
10+ years accounting experience
Construction experience
Pay:$175,000.00 - $220,000.00
