A client of TGC search is looking for a temp or temp to hire Commercial litigation Attorney (20-30 hours / week) to join Westchester’s premier litigation boutique. You’ll work on complex, high-profile matters in a collaborative, small-firm environment.

They are seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally qualified attorney with at least 5 years of litigation experience in both federal and state courts. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Must have 5-8 years Complex Litigation experience 
  • Hands-on experience with TROs, preliminary injunctions, and complex dispositive motions
  • Proven ability to handle a broad range of subject matters, including non-compete/non-solicit litigation and dissolution of closely held entities
  • Ability to independently draft motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, and other pleadings
  • Experience creating litigation-ready work product
  • Ability to draft complaints and oppose summary judgment motions
  • Exceptional legal writing skills and a demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically
