Commercial CRM – Graphic Design Assistant

Commerical CRM - Graphic Design Assistant needed for an established global media group. Hybrid work schedule. 2 days on-site in NYC office. This role will be directly responsible for delivery emails campaigns that support our commercial and ecomm revenue streams. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive team player who is comfortable interpreting email performance, juggling tight deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a comprehensive CRM commercial calendar
- Be responsible for timely, accurate deployment of US/ UK email marketing campaigns
- Support the analysis and reporting of email performance and lead improvements based on these findings including A/B testing
- Build, manage end-to-end lead acquisition initiatives such as competitions, surveys and web forms
- Work with the internal commercial stakeholders to ensure planned content activity is maintained, accurate, visible, executed and measured
- Design, measure and implement A/B testing campaign testing schedules to optimize email performance
- Creating targeted email lists that ensure our subscriber audiences are segmented effectively for each campaign
Skills:
- Previous experience in marketing or a degree in CRM Marketing
- 2+ years experience building emails, landing pages in CRM Marketing platforms (Adobe Campaign Standard is preferred)
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Knowledge of how to manipulate large datasets (SQL is a plus)
- Comfortable with fast-paced environment and quick turnaround times
- Commercially minded
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Google Suite & MS Office
- Be commercially astute
