A rapidly growing medical collections agency is looking for Collections Representatives (will train) to join their team. Call Center and other Customer Service Representatives welcome to apply as well if willing to learn a new industry.
Performing outboundclient calls to collect on balances of medical bills that are past due Providing copies ofitemized bills to customers regarding their accounts Taking inbound callsfrom clients looking to make payments Consulting with clientson setting up payment plans to address the balance of their bills
Qualifications: Excellent communicationskills (verbal and written) High volume outboundand/or inbound phone experience (medical or other collections a plus butcan be customer service) Ability to multitask Team player Positive attitude Shift: Mon-Frihours are 8:30-5pm Employeeis required to work 1 night shift per week which can be a split shift(8:30-12pm, come back for a 5-9pm) or an 11:30-9pm Employee required towork 1 Saturday a month for 8-1pm (8-12 in the summer). The weekthat the person does a Saturday, the following week, they will only work 3hours on one of their week days.
