Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Claims Notification Specialist
Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in Florida, Connecticut, New Jersey, or New York)
Shifts: Temporary/Full-time - 7am-3:30pm ET or 10:30am-7pm ET
Salary: $20/hour
Job Summary: This is an on-call position as a Claims Notification Specialist for a company that operates a call center for hurricane relief. This fully remote role requires the use of your own laptop (it cannot be older than 3 years and cannot be a MacBook or Chromebook). Successful candidates should have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure while performing clerical and phone functions with great attention to detail.
