Description

Provide general medical office support consisting of high volume calls (65-80/day)


Responsibilities:

  • Update patient’s information into a specific database
  • Schedule, change and update appointments
  • Verification and explanation of insurance benefits
  • Process prescription renewal requests
  • Process incoming correspondence
  • Liaison between patients and providers/administrator.


Skills:

  • High School diploma/GED
  • Two (2) years of administrative experience in a medical office
  • Assist with related administrative functions
  • Previous knowledge of EMR experience required
  • Well versed in medical insurance
  • MS Office proficiency
