Description

Customer Service Representative needed for a fast pace call center, with a flexible schedule. Hours very between 7am - 11pm. with weekend availability.


Responsibilities:

  • Update customers account information accurately
  • Resolve all products and service inquires that customer may have
  • Reach out to customers to verify account information, products or services
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Provide additional products or services that would exceed clients experience
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Skills:

  • Associates degree or High School Diploma with two years of experience
  • Two (2) years of experience in a high level call center or financial institution
  • Assist with related administrative functions
  • Ability to quickly learn and build relationships with customers
  • Verbal and written communication skills a must
  • MS Office proficiency
