Customer Service Representative needed for a fast pace call center, with a flexible schedule. Hours very between 7am - 11pm. with weekend availability.
- Update customers account information accurately
- Resolve all products and service inquires that customer may have
- Reach out to customers to verify account information, products or services
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Provide additional products or services that would exceed clients experience
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Associates degree or High School Diploma with two years of experience
- Two (2) years of experience in a high level call center or financial institution
- Assist with related administrative functions
- Ability to quickly learn and build relationships with customers
- Verbal and written communication skills a must
- MS Office proficiency
