Supports the department by taking responsibility for departmental filing system, calendars, and travel arrangements in addition to other routine administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner. Person will need strong computer skills - advanced excel skills. Accuracy and ability to check own work is a must have skill. Oracle PLM system will be used a lot- previous experience is a huge plus.
Produces departmental information by transcribing, formatting, editing, filing, retrieving, copying and transmitting documents Manages departmental schedule by maintaining calendars, arranging meetings and scheduling travel Involved with day to day administrative functions which may include answering phones, report generation, responding to inquiries, and other clerical tasks Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance Performs other duties as assigned
