Bookkeeper

Our Client a very stable distribution company is seeking a bookkeeper to join its accounting team. This is a traditional bookkeeping role within a larger corporate accounting department. The company offers a stable environment with excellent benefits. 

• Bank reconciliations and the daily cash reporting and analysis
• reconciliations and general ledger analysis
• Assist HR and Payroll as required 
• Assist the accounts receivable department
• Assist in preparing sales tax returns
• Assist with audits and collateral exams
