Billing Associate

A very stable services company is seeking a Billing Associate to join the company. The company offers room for advancement, strong benefits, and an excellent work life balance. 

The responsible include: 

This role will work closely with the services department with in the company. This will require billing for hours worked on customer projects. 

Will maintain the billing of Inspections and repairs.

The role will be setting up client service contracts.

Will accumulate data for client billing and send out bill to the appropriate clients. 

Working with the service manager dispatching calls to technicians. 

Looking up cost for parts to help with billing.
