Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Description
A highly reputable financial services company is looking for a bilingual (Spanish) customer service representative for their corporate headquarters in Northern Nassau county. The hours for the position will be Monday to Friday 9:30am-6pm.
Responsibilities:
• Fields inbound customer calls regarding questions and/or issues about their accounts.
• Corresponds via email with customers
• Performs data entry with the company proprietary system and excel spreadsheet
• Maintains and updates department spreadsheets as needed
• Other clerical duties as needed
Skills:
• Customer Service Experience either within an office or retail environment
• Candidate must be able to write and speak fluently in Spanish
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a team
• Self motivated
• Punctual and reliable
