Bilingual Customer Service Agent
A national insurance carrier is seeking Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Agent who are looking to grow with a company and provide exceptional customer service for their Williamsburg, Brooklyn location.
- Taking inbound customer calls and making outbound follow-up calls
- Requesting missing documentation from the customer to complete policy
- Processing 15+ customer payments per day
- Sort daily mail
- Ensure that all new policy packages are mailed accordingly
- Assist customers that are walk-ins
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. Retail experienced welcome
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Experience and/or comfort level speaking to customers over the phone/in person
- Detail oriented and not be afraid to ask a lot of questions.
- Computer literate. Basic experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Pro-active/assertive mentality
