Location: Buffalo, Rochester, or Albany, NY
Experience Level: 2–6 Years
Salary Range: $124,000 – $158,000, commensurate with experience

Overview:
A respected and established law firm is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Finance Associate to join its dynamic team. This position offers a significant opportunity to work on complex and high-profile commercial finance transactions across a broad range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent both borrowers and lenders in middle-market commercial lending transactions.
- Advise on secured transactions, including Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) issues.
- Negotiate and draft documentation for term loans, acquisition financings, letters of credit, and equipment finance agreements.
- Support cross-border lending transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- 2–6 years of experience in commercial finance transactions.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across practice groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
