Administrative Coordinator

Description
A rapidly growing medical collections agency is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support their collections team.
Responsibilities:
Daily tasks will be heavily concentrated on:• Electronic File Downloads• Data Entry/Typing• Reporting• Account Reconciliation• Letter Management and Correspondence• Answering department phone calls• Scanning, filing and archiving all important Documents
Skills:
Requirements:• Proficient in the use of computers, including Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)• Prior clerical experience preferred• Strong communication skills; ability to interact productively with Supervisors, Peers and Subordinates• Superb organizational skills• Attention to detail• Work independently• Excellent time management• Team Player• High school diploma or equivalent requiredHours: Mon-Fri 8:30-5pm
