Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support for General Manager and GM office; including, managing of Outlook, Teams Meetings, and other applications, as required, answering telephones, expense, travel and calendar management and filing, as required.
- Sets and prepares meeting agendas, time management, arrange resources and attendees, as necessary.
- Maintains contacts, filing systems, correspondence, and team vacation calendar.
- Responsible for the creation of reports, spreadsheets and all dealership related documentation . Proofread and correct presentations for GM.
- Escalation of customer issues to management, as required, including follow - up as necessary to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and service.
- Serves as a central point of liaison with for outreach initiatives, employee action committee, culture initiatives, community giveback and local events, meetings and team building.
- Budgeting and managing of administrative and other reports as required.
- Maintain effective company-wide communications from GM office in order to provide transparency and build trust within the team, drive participation, or motivate employees as required.
- Supports General Manager in collating, consolidating and planning for Operational Planning (OP) process, headcount planning, budgeting, ad-hoc special project planning and other GM office and dealer-wide activities.
- Participate in Management Meetings as required.
- Coordination of visitors and special customers and guests as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- 5 or more years in senior administrative role for executive or high level manager with dealership or large corporation experience, preferred.
- Strong communications across multiple channels
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking (German and Spanish a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Foreign Business, Finance, Economics, or comparable experience
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays as required
