Administrative Assistant

Description
Looking for an Administrative Assistant with some light bookkeeping experience on a temp to direct hire position in the Bay Shore, NY area. Administrative Assistant should have strong communication skills and are looking to learn and grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Verify clients and customers invoices to ensure that they are correct
- Process payroll using ADP system
- Bank Reconciliations
- Assist with running errands throughout the day (bank run, lunch pick up)
- Process mail and respond to emails using Outlook
- Maintain a clean environment.

Skills:
- High School Diploma required
- Must have a drivers license as you maybe asked to run errands throughout the day
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Payroll and Data Entry.
- Attention to detail and able to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with ADP a plus
