Description

TemPositions is looking for an experienced administrative assistant to help out with the recruiting/HR department of our client. They will assist in a variety of tasks including drafting engagement letters, recruiting coordinating, reception coverage, scheduling, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling via Prostaff Scheduling Software
  • Tax assemblies into XCM
  • Receptionist duties
  • Formatting and corrections
  • Maintaining office supplies


Skills:

  • Must know how to use Microsoft Word
  • Must know how to use Microsoft Excel
