Temp needed for one month or longer to assist with catching up on bank reconciliations.
- Individual should be familiar with processing accounts payable, invoices and other transactions in Accounting software,
- customer invoices,
- travel expenses,
- facilitating various customer and vendor communications
- analyzing/summarizing various cost and other accounting data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience, particularly Excel
- Basic understanding of accounting methodology and terminology – debits, credits, financial statement flow, etc.
- Attention to detail
- Polished presentation representative of luxury brand
