Our Client, a local construction company, is adding a Project Accountant / Bookkeeper to the team.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- AIA Invoicing
- Create Change Orders
- Submit weekly Pay Applications to clients
- Job Costing support - tracking expenses for jobs and creating spreadsheets of job costs; trackong of employee hours on jobsites
- Preparing daily Flash Reports
- Prepare Reports showing projections of cash flow
- Create Purchase Orders and Invoices
- Accounts payables and receivables including collections
- Prepare reports of Account Receivables now and based on future contracts
- Booking housing for the various travelling crews.
Requirements:
- 2+ years construction project accounting and bookkeeping
- AIA Billing Invoicing experience and Change Order filing experience
- QuickBooks & Microsoft Excel
- Degree a plus, not required
- Ability to be in the office daily
- Excellent professional communications skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work some overtime as needed with the team
- Bilingual Spanish a plus, not required

Pay - $60,000 - $70,000 per year
