How do we have so many great employees working for us? You of course, often times our best candidates come through referrals. Do you know of people who would like to work with us? If you do, it can be a win win win for you, them and us.

You earn a referral bonus as discussed below – they get a great job, and we get a great employee!

Referrals

Refer a candidate to us that results in a successful placement and you will be rewarded!

HOW?

 

• Recommend a friend or colleague to TemPositions that has not engaged with us before.
• Assuming they are a match, we will contact them to arrange an interview and will add them to our database.
• If the person you referred is placed in a permanent or contract position and works at least 100 hours with us you will be rewarded with a referral bonus.

• Care Navigator – $75
• Outreach Specialist – $75
• Care Coordinator – $100
• Case Manager – $150
• Case Manager (Adult Home Exp.) – $200
• Registered Nurse – $250 (Long Island Only)
• BSN – $300
