We are immediately hiring individuals to fulfill various non-clinical responsibilities related to the public distribution of COVID-19 vaccines at various NYSDOH Point of Distribution (POD) sites. You will be the public face of the New York State vaccine distribution effort by greeting the public as they enter the site, assisting them with registration and helping them navigate where to go throughout their visit.
This is a great opportunity to make a difference in your community and help the state in an important way.
Once at the POD, individuals may switch between several roles including: Check-In Staff, Greeter, Registration Attendant, and Flow Controller. There will be paid training and orientation prior to starting work.
PODs are staffed 7 days a week. Shifts are 7am – 7pm.
