As a School Professional, you will view and accept assignments online and through our mobile phone app. Once you accept a job with one of our clients, you will simply report and work the required hours, all with the support of a staffing company with 60 years’ experience behind you!

Assistant teachers supervise students in class, during lunch hour, playtime or recess, and at special events, like field trips. 

Our Recruitment and Talent Search Process

Resume Parsing

Artificial intelligence enhanced resume screening technology parses submitted resumes andcompares experience against the job description to determine a match.

Chat Bot Screening

Screening chat bots engage the candidates and determine their fit.

Webcam Interview

Candidates who pass this screening are then invited to a webcam interview through an automated interview scheduling tool. Only 5% of candidates make it through this process.

eRegister

Candidates passing the interview stage are then invited to complete our employment application using our eRegister electronic system. After completion, the candidate is entered into our available employee pool.
