We offer a means to allow retired or laid-off employees to come back to perform services at your firm, on an as needed basis, without violating pension or other separation issues. They will be our employees of record, we will pay them weekly and cover them under our workers’ comp, disability insurance, unemployment insurance, etc., as well as make Social Security (FICA) payments and withholdings on their behalf.
We will charge you one all-inclusive hourly fee only for each hour they actually work (lunch, sick time, etc, are not charged). And since we will not have to expend any efforts to recruit these people, our charge is significantly less than if we were to also recruit the employee.
